At the request of the customer, plans included the spaciousness of the living room, kitchen and dining room, which is one of today's modern solutions, and thus the transformation into a community space. The kitchen and living room are separated by a bar counter, which in itself provides a very characteristic sight.

The villa is located on the northern border of Balatonfüred, a few hundred meters from the old town center.

Decorations are characterized by pastel tones that evoke simple shapes and feeling of homeliness, giving a modern, elegant overall look.

With the help of large glass surfaces, a lot of natural light enters, but the lighting also played a big role in the design of the rooms, which are provided by LED light sources.

The Formal cleanliness, use of natural materials, maintenance of light and spaciousness, a spacious feeling of space characterize the property. Specially patterned coverings, Marburg washable wallpapers, decorative surfaces, textiles and other accessories are also paired with sufficient elegance.

The Underfloor and wall heating has been developed, the temperature can be controlled per room with the help of a mobile thermostat.
